We understand becoming a parent can be an exciting and wonderful life stage, but equally can be an anxious and overwhelming time.  

We are here to support you on each step of your journey from pregnancy, through maternity leave, the transition back to work and beyond. 

We help by providing Wellbeing (yoga based) sessions, Group & 1:1 Coaching and Parent support network facilitation.

COACHING

WorkBabyLife offer both group and individual coaching sessions, supporting you to prepare for the transition to and from leave setting you up for success. Coaching provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore feelings, overcome challenges and create actions plans to achieve your goals. Coaching enables you to get clarity on what's important to you, so you can create the life you want.

WELLBEING

Becoming a parent is an exciting but often overwhelming and challenging time. The body goes through huge physical and emotional changes. Yoga based wellbeing sessions are a great way to meet other parents, learn a powerful toolkit of yoga, breathwork mindfulness and relaxation to support you through this life stage. All sessions are designed for complete beginners, so no experience or equipment is required.

PARENT SUPPORT
NETWORK

WorkBabyLife facilitates parent support networks, so you can find your tribe to share the highs and lows of parenting with. There is real value in having the support of others at the same stage of the parenting journey as you, especially when they work in the same business/industry as you.

You never need to feel alone with What's app groups, and schedules meet ups for walks and of course coffee and cake, vital for new parents!

WHO IS A WORKBABYLIFE PROGRAMME FOR?

WorkBabyLife programmes are suitable for anyone
who identifies as an expectant or new parent.

Perinatal health problems and challenges in managing work transitions, adjusting to new identities can affect both parents, however they become parents. We therefore feel strongly that support should be available to all who need it. We offer group sessions that are for all parents, and sessions that are specific to the needs of mums or dads as this is what our clients tell us works best.

Love yoga with Emily. My Tuesday highlight.  Getting my mind and body ready for baby to arrive. Really fortunate to have been given the opportunity through my work place Next to go to more than just yoga classes with workbabylife. From yoga, hypnobirthing techniques and coaching I feel more and more confident and excited for the arrival of my sunshine. She also sends you some great gifts from a yoga ball, affirmation cards and the best of the best some sweet treats. I really think more companies should look into this for their pregnant employees. Happy mummy isn’t just a happy baby but a happy working mummy to be. Thanks Emily for all you do for me and others even outside of the classes.
