Hello, I'm Emily, the Founder of WorkBabyLife, I bring with me nearly two decades of corporate experience, primarily at Mars Inc, and a decade as a working parent, allowing me to intimately understand the complexities of balancing parenthood and professional life both for parents and organisations.

My own journey was marked by struggles with reflux, colic, and sleepless nights. Yet, it was the unexpected emotional toll – the loss of identity, guilt, and the stress of the mental load – that truly caught me off guard.

Did you know that 9 in 10 mothers face challenges when returning to work? Astonishingly, while 98% of mothers want to work, 85% who return to full-time positions leave within three years. Realising that many working parents face these same challenges without proper guidance inspired the birth of WorkBabyLife. Our mission is crystal clear: to help businesses retain their invaluable employees as they embrace parenthood.

At WorkBabyLife, we've evolved from a solo coaching service into a diverse team of associate coaches, each specialising in various aspects of parenthood. From fertility and supporting new dads to guiding individuals through unique paths to parenthood, our dedicated team is here to support you at every step. We've also joined forces with therapists and well-being experts, offering a comprehensive range of therapeutic services, complemented by our unique corporate gift box service.

What fills me with immense pride is that every organisation partnering with us continues to do so. Together, we're making a significant impact, supporting working parents, strengthening the female talent pipeline, closing the gender pay gap, and helping businesses retain their diverse and invaluable talent.

WorkBabyLife is more than a venture; it's my fourth baby. When I'm not passionately working to support you, you'll find me cherishing precious moments with my boys – whether I'm cheering on the side of a muddy football pitch, rocking earplugs as my son practices his electric guitar, or sweating it out poolside during swimming lessons! An essential lesson I've learned as a working parent is the importance of self-care. I find solace in practicing yoga, enjoying a horse ride, or sharing a glass of wine with friends. This balance not only makes me a calmer parent but also gives me the space to reflect, enhancing my productivity at work.

Thank you for being a part of our WorkBabyLife community. I'm immensely proud of what we've achieved and genuinely excited for all that is still to come. Let's navigate this incredible journey together!
