Service Description

This workshop helps you prepare for a smooth return to work by addressing practical aspects of childcare, conversations with your manager, balancing home and work, and prioritising your wellbeing. What you will learn? Preparing for Your Return: Clarify your reasons for returning and assess what needs to change to feel ready—whether it’s adjusting routines, seeking support for your wellbeing, or making practical plans for a smooth transition Childcare Decisions: Explore options, costs, and support. Get tips on managing guilt, asking the right questions, and ensuring a smooth transition for you and your child. Talking to Your Manager: Plan KIT days, discuss expectations, request flexibility, and arrange any needed adjustments, including breastfeeding support. Balancing Home & Work: Learn practical strategies to share household tasks, simplify routines, and organise your family schedule. Looking After Yourself: Manage stress, maintain wellbeing, and build a support network How it works: A 2-hour group workshop (up to 10 people) plus a 1-hour private online coaching session for personalised support.
