WorkBabyLife Group Workshop Terms and Conditions

Thank you for joining a WorkBabyLife Group Workshop. These sessions are designed to support parents going on leave, returning to work, and their managers. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Workshop Purpose

These workshops provide a supportive space to explore challenges, share experiences, and gain guidance on navigating parental leave, returning to work, and managing working parents effectively.

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

Participants must respect the privacy of others and keep all discussions, personal experiences, and shared insights confidential.
Information shared within the workshop must not be recorded, distributed, or disclosed outside the session without explicit consent.

3. Respectful Participation

All participants must engage respectfully, ensuring a supportive and inclusive environment for open discussion.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the session.

4. Advisory Nature of Workshops

WorkBabyLife provides advice and guidance based on experience and best practices but does not offer legal, financial, or medical advice.
Decisions made or actions taken by participants based on workshop discussions are their sole responsibility.
WorkBabyLife and its facilitators are not liable for any consequences resulting from decisions or actions taken by participants.

5. No Guarantees

While we aim to provide valuable insights and support, outcomes will vary based on individual circumstances and employer policies.

6. Data Protection

Any personal data shared with WorkBabyLife for the purpose of these workshops will be handled in accordance with data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Workshop Modifications & Cancellations

WorkBabyLife reserves the right to modify or cancel workshops if necessary, with reasonable notice given to participants.
