WorkBabyLife Private Coaching Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing WorkBabyLife for your private coaching session. These sessions provide tailored support to parents navigating parental leave, returning to work, and balancing career and family life. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Purpose of Coaching

​

  • Private coaching sessions are designed to offer guidance, support, and strategies to help you manage the transition to and from parental leave effectively.

  • Coaching does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice.

 

2. Confidentiality & Privacy

​

  • All discussions during coaching sessions are strictly confidential.

  • WorkBabyLife will not share any personal information without explicit consent, except where required by law (e.g., safeguarding concerns).

  • Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or discussed outside the coaching relationship without mutual agreement.

 

3. Participant Responsibility

​

  • Coaching provides support and guidance, but decisions and actions remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

  • WorkBabyLife is not responsible for any decisions or outcomes resulting from coaching discussions.

  • Participants are encouraged to seek professional advice for legal, financial, or medical matters.

 

4. Respectful Engagement

​

  • Sessions should be conducted with mutual respect and professionalism.

  • WorkBabyLife reserves the right to terminate sessions if a participant engages in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

 

5. Session Scheduling & Cancellations

​

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance and start promptly at the agreed time.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • WorkBabyLife reserves the right to reschedule sessions with reasonable notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. No Guarantees

  • While coaching aims to provide effective strategies and support, individual outcomes may vary.

  • WorkBabyLife does not guarantee specific results from coaching sessions.

 

7. Data Protection

​

  • Personal data will be handled securely and in accordance with data protection laws.

  • WorkBabyLife will not share participant information with third parties without consent.

 

By booking and attending a private coaching session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We look forward to supporting you on your journey.
