Supporting People · Strengthening workpLaces

Why this matters
When organisations support people through family building, working parenthood and life's most significant moments, managers feel more confident, employees thrive, and organisations retain great talent.
The impact
Research tells a consistent story: the transition to parenthood is one of the moments when organisations are most at risk of losing experienced talent. Without the right support, confidence, wellbeing and performance can suffer - weakening leadership pipelines and increasing avoidable attrition.

02 / 1:1 COACHING
Managers play a vital role, but they can't be expected to be coaches, counsellors and specialists in every life event. Family building, parental leave and other significant life moments bring complex personal and professional challenges that benefit from independent, specialist support.
WorkBabyLife combines commercial experience, evidence-based, trauma-informed support and specialist expertise to provide a confidential space where employees feel heard, understood and supported. Together, we create practical strategies that work in the context of real life and modern work.
People often come to coaching because they're feeling:
Overwhelmed by the pressures of work and home.
Unsure who they are or what they need anymore..
Guilty about work, family or never feeling they're doing enough.
Stuck in difficult relationships or conversations.
Isolated and needing someone who truly understands.
Ready to move forward, but unsure where to start.

Let's talk about how coaching could support your people.

What our clients say
Shared with permission. Some client details withheld for confidentiality.
We didn't really know where to start, but Emily provided group and 1:1 sessions which have been invaluable in supporting our team through maternity leave and return to work. We've partnered with WorkBabyLife since 2021 and continue to work together to support our people through these important life stages.
We have had consistently positive feedback from employees who have attended the sessions, about the content of the sessions and Emily herself.
Emily took the time to understand our organisation and tailored a programme that worked for our people. We will continue to use WorkBabyLife's services and would highly recommend them.
The most valuable course I've completed in my five years with the business. I left with practical tools and ideas that I could implement with my team immediately.
